Called for a residential semi-annual heat pump AC and heat/blower unit checkup. Chris at the office took the call and was a pleasure to talk to, very informative, polite, and showed he was truly interested in my heat and air needs.
He sent a journeyman, Dawson, to our home to check out the equipment, and Dawson was a pleasure to work with. Dawson was thorough in checking all of the equipment; he fine-tuned, checked electrical and mechanical, and appeared to optimize our heat and air units.
To be honest, I have not contacted Swink for several years due to a minor disagreement. The company has changed ownership and appears to be very caring and concerned for your best HVAC possible. This will be the company I call for future work or maintenance needs.
